#7 How much?

I think it should be the families decision on what is released to the public during a murder case. Some families may want people to know about it to raise awareness and other families may want complete privacy. The only information that should be released to the public as our right to know is minor details on the case and whether the defendant is guilty and what the sentence is. I don't think its necessary for the public to know everything on the case and every detail on how the victim was murdered. It's hard enough on a family going through that but much harder with all the publicity and lack of privacy.
